United Polaris Lounge

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of this UA lounge (opened to Star Alliance business class passengers). Food quality and variety, seating and staff where of high quality.

Outstanding cocktail and a la carte menus, with a decent selection at the self-serve buffet . Generously apportioned restroom facilities. United has hit a grand slam with this lounge !

The burger is delicious. Especially with the fried egg and the fries taste like McD's. The sit down meal is far superior than the buffet .

The restrooms are perfect - also when it comes to food I loved the Thuna Tataki and the Burger was awesome. One of the best Lounges so far.

The best bathrooms in the airport . Each bathroom is an individual private room with private sink.

The staff here have always always been great and using their sleep area and/or showers is a great way to refresh.

The Dining Room is a full-service, all-inclusive table service restaurant . If you have time for a sit-down meal go there and skip the buffet .

Polaris Lounge is a really great upgrade from the old United Lounge Good working areas, better food, showers , etc. Well done #United

So so first impression. Not enough seats, out of food at buffet , no clean drink glasses, line 5 deep at the bar . Hope they figure it out, now they aren't in the same league as Asian or Euro airlines .
