I saw a lady in the morning around 9:30 with a laptop n a Note book studying. The same lady occupied the same seat with the laptop n Note book in the afternoon about 2:30. Lots of ppl waiting
This place is below where I live and strangely this place is always busy no matter what time you go. The ladies @ the counter are very friendly . Love the Steeped Tea @ Tims. Cheers!
Great location - friendly busy place. No drive-thru here - contrary to what it says on the Tim Hortons website. Second drive-thru error on the site.
There are ppl with laptops,books and notebooks occupied seats for more than 30 minutes. They are either studying it watching videos. They Just ignore the ppl waiting for a seat to enjoy the coffee .
Bring a tumbler, save $0.10 on your coffee , and a paper cup from the environment.
Every morning the same couple (senior ) occupy a four dearer reader newspaper, watching video on iPad.
Add espresso shot to your hot chocolate for that perfect blend of sweet and bitter

If you get here past 10pm,you may be waiting a long while. Usually only two staff members, only one running cash.
It can be tough to find seating here especially in afternoons.

Awful: there are 9 people behind the counter and 1 person taking orders. Everyone else is chatting & there's a lineup. Brutal location.
