I've said it before and ill say it again! Nothing beats their Mushroom tofu soup with added kimchi in there! Seriously the best! I'm the mayor for goodness sake ! Has to be good!

Nice oolong milk tea and has a lot of different kinds of bubble tea! You can specify your level of sweetness. The pearls are also done really well. Lots of parking too, since it's near 99 Ranch. - Elynn Lee
