Conceived as a sanctuary in the woods to be discovered at the end of a winding path, the Lunder Center is a contemplative retreat that affords magnificent views of the Taconic Range and the Green Mountains. Visitors can observe conservators restoring paintings and objects.

Lovely views of Williamstown and surrounding hills from the terrace . This is an excellent place to get a light lunch . The small gallery that is attached is used to display interesting special exhibits
Enjoy the walk here from the Clark's main center, it's a beautiful short walk through the forest .
Wonderful center with very interesting history of the area.
Excellent visitor experience. Beautiful museum in the middle of a park. Highly recommend as the art exposed there is very good as well. Their cafeteria is also recommended. - Robert Carbonell

On the Fourth of July they do a reading on the lawns of the Declaration of Independence and the British response. Actors from WTF like Lewis Black often take part. - Rachel Sheppard
