I was going to order the Hokkaido but they lmk it had condensed milk so I went with the B52. It was awesome, vanilla flavored with hints of barley. Will admit, halfway thru the drink I was over it

Has a hipster coffee shop vibe to it but great place to study or just chill . Plenty of indoor/outdoor seats and well crafted drinks

Rose latte is very rosey tasting in a good way. Not too sweet either! Yum!

I ordered the tiramisu and seaweed latte . Not very impressive. The tiramisu has weak tiramisu taste and needed some more flavor. The seaweed latte was interesting but the tea was so bland.

Basil chicken was SO GOOD! Iced latte was decent. Employees were very friendly and attentive!

A little hard to find, right across vaper venue. Cash only for now as it just opened.

the hokkaido milk tea is sooooo good! their milk teas are on the less sweet side

Strawberry milk tea was ok. Waffles were pretty good but simple. Strawberry lemonade was not good . Really great service . Outdoor seating

Nothing here tasted like I expected it to, I tried 3 different teas here. I probably won't come back.
