Kevin (concierge ) went out of his way to help us relocate Mr Carrot Head after he was forgotten in a taxi . Because of Kevin's efforts Mr CH was reunited with family. TY Kevin you are a Star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great central location with nice views . Staff are on their toes as always with SPG hotels . Rooms are clean and comfortable . Another great Le Meridien. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love the design and comfort of the room. Location is good as it is right in front of KL sentral station . Convenient and the staff are friendly .

Location of the hotel is great as you have the transportation hub of KL just next door. And if you want to do some shopping, there's the mall , Nu Sentral opposite the hotel .

Latitude 03 in the lobby has pretty good hot chocolate ! They give some cookies too!

Your car will have to go through a security check before entering the car park , which is kind of a maze, just to get dropped off at the hotel lobby.

Have dinner at the coffee house for buffet restaurant . They serve great lamb , beef and sushi

Expensive Valet parking- Rm30+RM8 for 2 hours, & RM9 for sub hour. Total RM47. I don't think that it is right to ask customers to pay upfront when they have no idea how long we will be dining.

The Italian restaurant here is excellent! The fresh seafood , pastas and pizzas are mouthwatering.

Opt to not have your linens changed and for each night you do so, earn a RM 15 credit at participating F&B or 500 starpoints #ChooseGreen

Love everything within my stay.

During breakfast ,at the noodle corner u should choose the brown soup , it's mush better than the ordinary soup which is too mundane.

Scallops , ravioli and portobello mushroom starters are great. Not the tiramisu though - almost tasteless.

Comfy beds ! They renovated some of their units so instead of bathtubs, you get a rain forest shower instead.

Service is good and friendly . Cozy too.

The function rooms are tastefully decorated. Food at the bar is varied and well stock.

There's flat rate parking for dining guests. Get it validates at the concierge .

Service is good but would prefer The Majestic for a dinner buffet . Sushi not that fresh, otak otak dimsum made me lose my appetite. The pasta selections were not bad too

Premium parking available at P3... At RM10 per hour

Head up to level 5 and enjoy Jean-Georges Signature Breakfast at Latest Recipe .

Do Not Use Touch N Go for Parking ... it will cost you hefty price.

Seriously disappointed as compared to Majestic hotel buffet where you Staff greets n smile with high std. Selection of food much better. Here staff esp serving at the counter snobbish. No more next x
