Clearly Joseph is an idiot if they mess his order up that often and he continues to go in day after day.
5 straight days ordering the same McCafe drink in the morning and 5 straight days it was wrong.
They have managed to mess up "large iced caramel mocha " 8 out of 10 times.

Worst mcdonalds ever. They forgot my order and whined when they realized it. When the manager told a girl to do something, the girl ignorrd her and the manager had to do it.
If you think the drive-thru service is bad, try going inside.
