This uptown spot is a breath of fresh air on McKinney Ave. Sip a Life & Death, champagne spiked with Aperol and absinthe , or try a shot of Dude, Sweet Chocolate-infused Rumpleminze.

Free dinner for ladies on Wednesdays with a reservation . I loved their Mac and cheese ! And the ambiance is just perfect, liked their patio . I'll be back to try their brunch !

I'm not from Dallas. This place is AWESOME! Well crafted drinks, very impressive. Good and knowledgable service . I wish more bars in more cities had a cocktail program half as good as this place.

The Peach Smash is absolutely delicious...but you really can't go wrong with any of their drinks...just know this place is a cocktail bar...not a drink-slinging bar . Be patient!

They're known for their Moscow Mules , but for a bit more southern flair I'd suggest a Kentucky Mule which subs in Maker's Mark for the vodka . For a bite to eat, my favorite is the fried chicken .

Real cocktail bars ! Wednesday it's girl night with free 3-course menu and live music . You need to book in advance. Audience is relatively young.

If you order the Brimstone, the 'tender takes a pile of wood chips and lights 'em up, smoking the inside of your cocktail glass before adding ice and the cocktail itself.

Fabulous brunch ! Get the breakfast sandwich , omelet or chicken and waffles - all deeelish!

This place is great any night of the week! Chillout in the week and enjoy not being overcrowded fri/sat while still being able to talk & get served in good time. Don't come here if you aren't already!

Do yourself a favor and get the Fried Chicken ! You will not be disappointed. Some of the best I've had since I've been in Dallas. Better than Sissy's. Yep, I said it! lol :-)

Good cocktails ! Strawberry rye sour is a great balance of sour, sweet, and bitter. And I do NOT like drinks where you taste the whiskey .

They used to have an awesome cheeseboard sourced from Scardello, and I didn't find their new cheeses as tasty. Still a nice spread of sides.

New drink and food menu. Not bad! Lots of cool new stuff, but they don't have the egg white drinks on the menu, you have to ask. Also, live music on Wednesday

Great craft cocktails ! I had the Moscow Mule and my friend had a Negroni ; both very good.

I give Standard Pour the 'Most Creative' award in uptown. Upbeat and charming, owner seems like he lives here for the love of being the drink master. Great food, patio and social spot!

Lucky/Eddie is the one of the best bartenders in Dallas, hands down. He works T-F. Tell him what you like and he will not disappoint.

Jennifer is amazing; they serve apple spice rum in a shot to cleanse your palette right when you walk in!

Whiskey selection is great and the bartenders seem knowledgable , but the level of service is lacking on busy nights.

They only have one port wine . Small specialty cocktails . Delicious but pricy . You pay for what you get!

Dames Dinner Club on Wednesdays is great. They even gave us a free cocktail at the end. Only downside is valet. worst service ever. Rude, mean, and totally reckless with my car. And I had to pay $5.

Don't use valet parking . It's run by two guys who drop f bombs for tipping 100% of the parking fee.
