Mixed bag on service! They can be very grumpy and do great work or crap work. They will correct material even when it's not their fault! A pleasant surprise.
Customer service is non existent because they don't have enough people to help the services they offer. Be prepared to wait for a long while or go to another location that is staffed appropriately.
Dave Chapelle got it so right with his Pop Copy skit. What a waste of time it is dealing with these folks. Slow, ineffective, and their services are expensive . $4 for two sheets of butchers paper...

Most incompetent group of people I've seen "working" in a FedEx office . Don't go here.
Horrible customer service. 4 people working, only 1 @ the counter. Had to wait over 15 minutes just to pick up a cd of scanned documents.
