Staff is actually very knowledgeable at every rei I've been to, and I love their house brand... fits well . Shop discount rocks, so much better than other shops for price and quality.

The staff is great and know a great deal about the equipment they sell.

If at all possible DO NOT deal with Michael in the tuning shop. Was rude, slow, and condescending. Use Sturtevants across the street if possible, for tuning . They're much more helpful.

Rei does suck. None of its employees know anything useful. Take advantage of their sales but do not buy their rei brand crap. Buy from a locally operated knowledgeable shop.
