Uncle Liu's Hot Pot

Reviews mixed here because it is not typical. Came for dumplings and pho at the buffet . While the variety of dumplings is little, each of them is delicious. Don't miss their 'house' dumpling sauce!!!

First time for hot-pot. Love the experience. Stick to the spicy broth . Service was phenomenal as they walk the uneducated through the process in a humorous way. Will be back to try other options.

Spicy broth hot pot is HOT! I'm a noob & accidentally burned myself. I didn't want to worry anyone but my waitress kindly brought ice & Neosporin. Also, let them make a sauce for you. So good!

The hot pot buffet is amazing! Get half spicy and half regular, and go crazy! Bring lots of people to spread the wealth
