Beautiful interior . Movies show while you enjoy your workout. View on the mezzanine
Always wipe the equipment before and after, especially if you ride the stationary bike . There's a woman who constantly blows her nose all over the stationary bikes and fails to wipe it off when done.
Completely different vibe from the Union St location, love how dark it is inside. Gets a bit loud when there are classes going on at the bottom level though, which sucks when you're doing yoga class
Love that the treadmills are aaall the way at the top of the "theater " I enjoy running where no one can see me ;)
Ride to the rhythm is my favorite class so far.. Michael is awesome
Variety of quality classes
Great spot to get a quick workout session.
Try the Suspension Ride. This workout combines cardio , strength and core training all in one hour flat!
If you are lucky enough to train with wendy and/or take her classes , you most likely have a killer bod!
Urban Boot Camp on Saturday morning is the best way to repair your Friday night
Super friendly staff !
It's dark in hur... And I like it!
Locker room is non existent. Don't plan to shower after.
Don't go if you want to read 'anything' while on the machines. It's the darkest gym I've ever been to. Left & went to the Union Crunch, which is bright even when weather is bad.
Disappointing - dim and dirty
Marcie is the best trainer . By far.
The music is absolutely horrible and too loud
Stay at least 2hrs!
Pilates springboard, cardio, strength, and mix of other exercises. Packed 55 min workout. Barefoot. Towels provided. Bring water bottle! - Teresa
Fun but hard work out! The classes are Revolutions (spin) and Hip Hop Club. Both are super friendly to newcomers. It's nice, has toiletries, towels, & shoe rentals. Flagship studio is in Palo Alto - Cleo Young
Try the Coconut Curry Tempeh near the prepped foods section... Surprisingly tasty - Vanessa Kruze
Great place to pick up a quick cup of coffee. That pastry certainly will pair well with it. Friendly staff and great service. - Bennett W Wong
Great sandwiches. Can't go wrong with any. If you know NYC this is the grey dog of SF. - Michael Dempsey
