Sample the hand pumped mustards . The Dijon with Truffle is spectacular. The staff will let you sample for as long as you want. It's a great store right next to Fortnum and Mason's
Heaven, really. So many delicious combinations, special editions using seasonal ingredients and extremely helpful staff . I will be back.
The mustards , of course!! And try and sample as many things as you can
