Next to Tully's is Serafina a pasta-pizza place. Quite good and their lunch specials are good.
電源席 は窓際カウンター席 3席のテーブル席間2箇所に2口コンセント 。波は館内フロア全域に「ホテル 利用者が」使用できる無線LANがある(なのでふつーのビジターは使えん)。
座席は5つしかないけれど、カウンター の3席には電源あります。
席が5席のみ。テイクアウト がメイン の様子。

It is quite big Excelsior cafe, nearby Ochanomizu station. U can take a relax and there is smoking booth, don’t worry. - MK Chan
