If you just want coffee and came here because the line at Starbucks looked too long, go back to Starbucks. You'll get your coffee faster there even though the line is longer.
Mac & cheese and/or broccoli cheddar soup . They will not disappoint.
Don't come here expecting to relax or find any solitude. Place is always jam packed, usu. have to fight for a table. As Yogi Berra was quoted as saying: "No one goes there anymore. It's too crowded ."
It's really annoy that you can't get a table because of all the people sitting around with laptops

Service here is usually terrible - especially mid-late afternoon when the c team is on deck. Don't expect to feel like a valued customer. Cashiers have gotten a bit better, though.
Looks like the competition across the street (Potbellys) may be getting more business. No utensils or napkins (had to ask) tables left dirty , restroom messy and no paper in one stall.
Place seems like it's full of happy couples making out. WTF, I just want a sandwich . Get a room. :-(
Lines can be painfully long & slow on weekends. Wish they'd put in an express line for coffee .
Do not waste your $ on the new lobster sandwich . It tastes like de-thawed frozen lobster and there is no sauce for flavor.
Worst french onion soup . Not like at other Paneras.
