24 Hour Fitness

Seems like everyone's concern here is to socialize! Waste of Ca$h if your class or personal instructors are too busy trying 2 pick up! I say join a dating site.., its much cheaper! LoL!!

The equipment has been updated and I've noticed how much cleaner it is now. It's def bringing in a better crowd as well . Make sure you check it all out: you'd be amazed how far this place has come.

Place needs a workout ! Showers don’t work 3 treadmills upstairs don’t work at least 3 months! Help pleases I guess there waiting for the new one to open up?

Close to my work and open 24 hours . Go later in the evening to miss "rush hour." It's usually 4:30 - 7:00.

Gets the job done and not as crowded as other 24 hour fitnesses

Newly renovated!!!! YAY... now I don't have to drive to Carson or North Torrance to hit the gym . New cardio & free weights. Treadmills have TVs attached too.

Coconut water - horrid. Chocolate flavored coconut water - amazing.

Dirty , no towel Service, no wifi ... nothing at all like any of the Super Sport gyms .

Avoid coming between 4-6 Monday through Thursday the place gets way to full and you end up waiting for Machines to free up.

Ales I agree Hermosa is the best but you havent seen bad equipment til youve been to the on on ocean in long beach .

I wish they had cell phone chargers on the cardio machines

Definitely come here during odd hours because in the evening there is just way too many people. This site definitely needs an expansion especially with the amount of members that frequent this place.

Definitely ancient equipment . Best times to come: 9am-2pm or after 9pm

I cancelled my membership here today. This is a dirty , overcrowded pigsty with ancient equipment . I joined Total Woman spa , across the street and up to date for less money.

Great 8am spin class with NUI!

If you are a little man it does not make it ok to wear your boxer shorts into the sauna .... Put some trunks on bro
