Try to be patience here as people here especially school kids will just block everyone. You need to be very vocal at times.
New store (opened Sep 19/13) so they're still getting used to everything. Get ready for long lines and slow service.

The staff may be new but the baristas are clearly working at a leisurely pace and inefficiently while the orders increase. Be prepared to wait a while.
