Love, love love the lower ground floor clearance range. You find some amazing bargains. £25 for an Armani top (RRP: £135), you've got to be kidding me?
If you want arternoon drinks or food in comfortable surroundings and no glaring ceilings aka Selfridges then head for the first floor bar and brasserie Massarell's Bar of House of Fraser.
Great for shopping and quiet after work but no air conditioning at all - pretty uncomfortable when trying on clothes in the summer!

Staff on cafe zest great friendly and really do their best! ;)
Not as big and impressive as it used to be. Miss the restaurant on level 5.

Don't order the cheddar & chutney sandwich . Too much dressing & chutney meant I couldn't taste anything else for an hour after. Bleurgh.
Avoid cafe zest on second floor- service slow & surly.
As well as offering private chiropody treatments, they offer foot support, special shoes, treatments for your soles. Advice on heel support and cracked heels. Would recommend booking here. - Kitty Cat

Starbucks was my first place for studying and reading books, not in birmingham city center - Mohammed Mohanna
