If you have a Car Parking would be quite a problem, the Place is Jam Packed but the Food is quite satisfying! Buchi dimsums california maki buko pandan and ginatan are a must try and affordable

The place is always jam-packed. They serve chinese food , dishes are all good and they offer the cheapest buffet . But the ambiance is not good. Best option if you're looking for cheap venue

Affordable buffet for only 215 per head. Avoid going on friday night or weekends unless you could endure the pandemonium of eating here (noisy people, waiting list, etc.) :-[
Better go early to see and taste most of the food selection, they stop refilling the buffet by 9pm and by 9:30pm they pull out the food.

Not going back, the ambiance is not inviting and super little choices. Wierd rules in dining, they have it per 'batch'. In short , food that i only like is their buko pandan , the service is so so.
