Any place that has Leprechaun owls with rainbow fabric by the yard is party gold and worth further exploration.
This place always has a customer losing their mind and yelling at a clerk. In part because the lines and procedures are so slow, 10 minute quick run ons are almost always a half hour.
This place has the most insane customers I've ever seen. Every time I come in someone's screaming about the cashier not accepting their expired coupon or something similarly stupid.

Horrible customer service. 5 min. stops turn into 30 minutes of waiting around. Oh, and if you need fabric cut, add another 30 minutes.
Horrible lines here. So inefficient. Expect to wait in line for almost 20 min and deal with rude people who keep trying to cut in front of you.
Bad customer service. Understaffed and associates do not act with a since of urgency....
Worst. Fabric store. Ever.
