The Connoisseur Concerto (TCC)

Like that they have an outdoor seating area with quite a lot of seats. Nice to sit there at night for your meal as you watch people walk by. Steak was pretty nice

Vegetarian options available - Hokkaido corn croquettes , Beyond burger and polenta fries to name a few

The TCC here at International Building is open 24 hrs!

You can't really go wrong with seafood aglio olio at TCC. Quality most of the time.

24 hours ! Patience is required when all other cafe options are closed in the area.

Guess service stops after 10pm... Not very friendly service from the staff here. Not sure I'd be back...

worst TCC ~ no air con using small fan. not enough staff ! should be improved
