Every time we go the people taking the order screw it up. Ordered a Lemonade slushy w/a shot of lime . How the heck do you mess that up? I swear the order takers R incompetent at their job-Fustrating!

This place is the slowest sonic that exists. If you go to the drive thru , it'll take at least 15 minutes.
As of 9/24/12, they're no longer offering 1/2 price shakes after 8pm. :(
Rude, man. Speaker blows your ears away, yet they can't understand a word you're saying in this end and they get snippy when you ask if they heard you correctly. What has happened to customer service?

I love Sonic but this has to be the worst Sonic ever. The service is slow, they don't communicate well and they frequently get something wrong.
Horrible people taking orders they yell and if they can't hear your order they tell you that you are saying it wrong
