Great staff . Super friendly . But have patience with the customers. I don't know what it is about this location that attracts the rudest people...

I am impressed less and less. It's always packed now. Online ordering sucks-not once have they made it right. They put a ton of rice and less if anything else as if they are paying for it themselves.

Don't know what has happened here. The line has always been long but it used to be fast. Now, plan on spending 15-20 minutes waiting just to get to the counter.

Great food. When they get it right. NEVER order more than one. You'll get two or more that are wrong.

The salad w/ chicken , black beans , tomatoes , corn , and guacamole + dressing is all you really need in life.

Order online and avoid the long lines ...they do move pretty fast though!

Wow. Service here was bad today. Hardly any steak and the cashier was really rude. Too bad the food is so good, or I wouldn't come back!

Worst restaurant layout ever. A complete cluster near doors & drink station. Also, have to repeat your order many, many times .

Slowest Chipotle I've ever been to. They need a separate cashier for online orders, smh...
