This is a regular store in an outlet mall stuck with outlet customers so I bet these associates get rude customers all the time. Be chill with them and they'll be chill with you.

Agree with the other tips, the guy at checkout was rude. Also, they said the 40% off checkin special offered here is not accepted. Only discounts from H&M website are honored. WTF?
