This is a place needed in Wilmington. Great local business place to get great eats other than hamburgers and fries . Pho is a big favorite for me and the atmosphere reminds me of Chelsea’s market .

The food is good here but the DE.CO isn’t managed right. Three summers and still the air conditioning has not been fixed.
