Dunkin'

They DO brew their teas , had 2 ask June to clarify. Earlier, I've asked if it was a "mix" and was told YES... from the girls that say yes 2 everything they don't understand. Been having them since. :)

Bagels are good, but the coffee at a Dunkin Donuts continues to be not-so-great, but I keep hoping it goes back to being good.

Pretty friendly store and usually well-staffed for efficient service ; the employees here are very nice.

Parking avail for this place in middle of the busy Journal Square.

Unfortunately, regular coffee (especially flavored) at Dunkin Donuts is NOT as good as it used to be. Spend more for their gourmet coffees , like the cafe au lait .

I work here so I know for a fact we brew our iced teas . Other than that we serve our customers happily just try not to give us a hard time.

employees are very sarcastic and somewhat rude, talk about you in there language and didn't realize I'm fluent in 7 languages, shocked the hell outta them when I spoke Korean and shut them up

The only decent place to get coffee around JSQ and it's a chain argh

no more 24 hrs open.... they sometime shut down.. early by 12 am

Try to go after 10am - the line is less long and they may even get your order right.

The Iced Carmel Latte here is heaven.

Don't get the teas , it comes from a mix (just tea-flavored sugar really) -not brewed.
