Service here really not that bad. Staff on floor are hard to come by. But when you do they are so nice. So helpful. Get a Macy's card it makes things so much easier.

You really gotta help yourself here. And the 'salespeople' are quick to point you elsewhere when you ask for help. Still, its Macy's tho -_-
