I have been getting my dog groomed here for 11yrs. I can always get him in, friendly staff . Anthony is my dogs new groomer . 2 other groomers b4 him. Find a groomer & keep w/ that person.

This is the best Petsmart/banfield hospital I've taken Cadillac to. Definately made this one my choice of where to go for good! ;)

Anthony back in the Grooming center is wonderful! He is so polite and kind, and our dog always looks and smells great when she comes out!

So I tried Anthony 2x..this time he cut my dog. Also 1st time in 11yrs the groomer shaved off his whiskers..so upset! Anybody but Anthony ..

When we got our new puppy, we went looking for collars and leashes and such and found about three times the selection here than petco . Always fun on adoption days too!

Owner could be more careful of who they hire some not customer friendly felt like I was being talked down to...no worries I won't be back.

Customer service is always horrible. Petco is way more helpful and knowledgeable
