I ordered hotcakes and sausage . When I go to work I had eggs , biscuit , sausage and bacon . Instead of comping me a meal they told me I would have to leave my job and bring the food back.
Go a few blocks up to 28th and Michael much friendlier and faster service.
Order takers in the morning don't listen and complete the order before its correct
When I told the person who answered the phone that I shouldn't have to bring back the food because they messed up she told me, "We're all human." But you serve people. Do your job right or quit.
You guys need to read through these and step up the customer service or close. Better yet, just close.
out of all my years of living, I have never experienced unprofessionalism until today. This guy that was working the counter did nothing but curse, he even made a older man who was foreign feel bad.
Yeah, she told me that if she don't have a paper coupon she can't honor it! Flustered I cancelled my I cancelled my ordered...got names and #'s I will be calling mngr. Corp needs 2 get ppl up to speed
I always use my check in coupon here. Just have them get the mgr.
One of the worst McDonald's in GR. They consistently get orders wrong, even if you go inside.
