Their Geek Squad/Customer Service has been the best to deal with.

All Geek Squads are not created the same. Had to go to Orlando to get done what was needed. Orlando team on 50 was confused as to why The Villages Geek Squad couldn't get the job done.

Long lines in Geek Squad and customer service every time I come. I was called to pick up my phone. After waiting 20 mins in Cust Serv they told me to sit and wait another 30mins. They need more staff
