Arrived at 8.10am for passport renewal on a Sunday. Collected passport at 10.20am. Breakfast just few walks away. Friendly officers . Thumbs up

On weekends it is so packed. Be here as early to get ur number, esp on weekend. Sunday, if u come at 9 am above, u will be at least 3 hours there.

Literally garbage, no proper system. Just expect ‘system down’ more frequently esp on sunday. One advice, anything run by the authorities, will definitely go down south. It just boggles your mind

come early morning before 0830(operating hours) and pay rm200 for 5 yrs passport renewal . just bring your old passport. no need passport pictures and fill up any form now.

Reach there 11.20 am to renew my and my spouse passports. By 11.50am our passports done. Thumbs up to the friendly and efficient staff .

..'back then 'bout 2 1/2 decades ago..if you wanna make a passport..usually outside of immigration buildin'..there will be few photo shops that offered service for passport picture ..but no more nwdays

Less than one hour passport can be issue.

Have to walk deeper into the building abit but there's less crowd here. Open till 10pm. Passport can be renewed and picked up within an hour. Break time 7-8pm though.
