Run by hospitality and culinary students. It used to be the gym for the boys school the hotel once was. If you're staying at the hotel , the chocolates in the room are made here.
Great kitchen and service. A breath of fresh air in Amsterdam's culinary scene.
Interior is nice, you can get cigarettes from the vending machine (require an ID). But mixologist is just OK
Super breakfast ! They even had my favorite old cheese .
Really cozy place, with great wine .
