Shangri-La is one of the best hotels I've ever seen, all around the world they provide fantastic services with very special care taken to details. If you stay there, try Horizon Club , it really worth
Excellent service and professional staff . Check - in was in room directly (horizon level -41) with option to have breakfast in the horizon club or dunes cafe .

Excellent hotel with gorgeous pool area , very large rooms and well above average breakfast buffet . Breakfast is expensive at 145 AED pp though.
The buffet is amazing, the lounge terraces is a nice place to relax , the music is just enough , calm but pleasant with a great singer ..))????

Had a wonderful stay. Respectful staff , great views , and clean rooms . Close to major attractions and also the metro.
The nearest Metro station is Financial Centre. The large supermarket is located behind the hotel . Complimentary Shoe polish service is available. Photo is taken from a city view room.
The staff are very friendly , location is in the middle of every thing, and the appointment are big and clean .

Top notch hotel of Asia is not so like that in Dubai. Been visiting and seeing changes to amenities , rooms, lobby. Good but still way below their hotels in Asia and can't even compete with Istanbul.

Very nice breakfast buffet . If you love desserts , you can go for the dinner buffet also, even better. Lots of dessert choices. Must try!!

Dont have lunch at Dunes Café (even though their Sushi special is great value ) -- too many flies. Imagine that! Sitting on desserts , buzzing around & very annoying.

Wow! Food is verry nice! Sushis, sashimis, a lot of seafood. Live station for the Fish,meat and pasta. Keep place for the dessert!! And the price is not expensive. 60€ for food and alcoholic drinks!! - Fourez Stephanie
