Love this place! if you are looking for a good workout and hate the gym , this is the place to be! Carlos and Rony are my favorite Instructors but they are all amazing!
Insanity is amazing. Came from DC specifically to come to this Friday night! Loved it!
Insanity Fridays (2hrs of zumba and Latin hip hop ) are last Friday of every month. Get there early to get a spot.
