We love this gym ! They are knowlegable & friendly & have a ton of classes like kick boxing , Zumba & yoga & a pool, hot tub & 2 saunas . Also basketball & requetball, tons of machines & 4 weight rooms .

Good work out :) so far 10 mins stationery bicycle, 50 lifts of 275 lbs with my legs and a few more but these are to name a few
