This is an excellent place, just the traffic gets very bad at rush hour.
Scones and cakes at the first floor Place to Eat are very nice, although service can sometimes be a little slow.
Try to get near the doors when it's throwing down and make sure you know where your car is, car park is not well signposted, eg three parts marked C - wouldn't C1, C2 and C3 be better?
Good baby changing facilities and breast feeding room off the toy department on the 1st floor.
Lovely middle class products, had quite a few customers rushing around pushing and being a little rude.
Give yourself about 1 hour to get served in the electronic section, they are keen but no cover on the tills!
