As in any other apple store, when you receive a message regarding your appointment, make sure you reply and leave everything and run to the store. Otherwise you'll be immediately rescheduled.

It's a Apple store,need I say more! Recently visited the Apple store in NYC, was blown away by the building design, my favorite Apple so far. The one in Miami Beach is tiny in comparison.

If you cone out of town : check in at front entrance once you have decided what do you need and a rep will come looking for you

Use the Apple Store iPhone app & pay w/ the EasyPay feature. It lets you ring yourself up if you buy an accessory/headphones! You get to skip waiting for an employee and receipt goes right to email.

There is a noticeable stress in this location exhibited by customers and representatives alike. There is not enough room in the store to have an true apple store "experience."

They have a charging bar for all those times you've worn your battery down on Ocean Drive snapping beautiful people and beautiful things and the cord's at home!

For such a cutting edge tech company, the way you have to order things that they're out of is cumbersome & not very secure (entering private data into laptops that hundreds of ppl use every day?).
