Portillo's

Love the food at Portillo's. Just had a hamburger there for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. Good service as well . The one thing the chocolate cake does not taste as good as it once did

No better Italian beef . Fries are good too. Milkshake just OK. When we are in the Chicagoland area visiting we make it a priority to go.

Great food and atmosphere. Quick and efficient. Get a hot dog and a cake shake !

Everything is great, and the service is outstanding. The kids manning the drive through are incredibly friendly and efficient.

Clearly all the critics of the drive through have never been to a Portillo's before. They are super efficient considering the volume of drive through orders.

Everything is great. However, since changing owners portions have shrunk which is unfortunate.

Drive thru line went around the building, but we never stopped moving. Better than most Chi-town traffic, plus awesome food at the end!

Don't be intimidated by the long drive thru lines , they're quite fast with getting your order by the time you reach the window.
