I absolutely love Hobby Lobby, however, the employees are not friendly , specifically in the fabric and framing departments. It appears that only the cashiers are willing to give you a smile.

TERRIBLE customer service @ this store. Been a loyal customer even though their prices aren't the best & their couponing isn't as good. Sad that the 1st time I have a problem, their service is poor!!
