St. Giles' Cathedral

Breathtaking. The glass windows are beautiful. Make sure you walk all the way down! It's as beautiful inside as it is on the outside.

Ask someone to tell you the story of the bronze stool. Also, you are asked to pay 2£ for a photo permit but then you'll walk around and see everyone is just taking photos anyway.

The Choir was excellent. The service was.... Standard. The staff in the shop were nice. Do the right thing, pay for a picture permit, it's not expensive , it's respectful.

The gentleman inside the chapel can explain histories of the families who have impacted the church along with their respective crests.

Medieval walls stores all the prayers, thoughts and hopes whispered over the centuries. Generations passed away and now we have a moment to calmly leave our thoughts and hopes in this timeless place.

Look out for the Heart of Midlotion in the cobbles outside the cathedral .

Well worth the visit to have a look at all the stained glass windows from the inside.

Photo ticket £2, More than 900yrs old and one of the No.1 cathedral of Scotland. Not entirely historic as been restored and extended several times but small chaple inside is a Must-Visit Site.

Make sure you visit the parking lot in the back to see John Knox grave sight

Preciosa la iglesia , tanto por dentro como por fuera.

Da non perdere la Thistle Chapel, con i suoi meravigliosi intagli in legno (tra i quali, l’Angelo con la cornamusa).
