誰でも利用できるが、基本TOTAL Workout利用者のためのレストラン なので、無脂肪・無糖質の食事が多く、そうでないものも全粒粉 パスタ や玄米 など低GI。ここの食事だけを食べ続ければ痩せるだろうが、スープ 以外は美味しくない。
味自体は淡白だけど、問題ないレベル。不摂生続きのときなどはここに行っておけば安心という感じ。玄米 は比較的香りが強いので、苦手な方は避けた方がよいかも 。
