If you're like me and prefer working out when it's quiet , before 6am or after 8pm are your best bets. Free parking at most places at that time, too!
It's 24/7 open, spacious , you could just run inside and there's over 170 equipment, never need to wait in queues. Fckin good
Open 24/7, great personal trainers .
Great gym , plenty of equipment, really convenient
If you see someone hogging weights, go up to them and demand that they share. Tell them they've only got one pair of arms.
Get here early in the morning. There are more idiots/chavs/twats using the gym in the later part of the day.
Try working out at night - most people leave after 11pm ;)
Great place, cheap and cheerful
Always enough machines to never need to wait, any time of the day
be careful about leaving your valuables in the lockers... things keep disappearing!
More bodyattack classes needed after 6:30pm
Personal training from £20 p/month? Get in touch: urbanenergie.com

Lots to see, easy to run out of time so take a look at what's available in advance to prioritise. If planning to visit several of the Birmingham Museum locations it's worth looking at a membership. - Jess C
