Seattle Public Library - Beacon Hill Branch
The first Beacon Hill Library opened Oct. 23, 1945, in a small building at 2708 Beacon Ave. S. Members of the Beacon Hill Community Club, Beacon Hill Parent-Teachers Association and Jefferson Park Ladies' Improvement Club contributed time, money, materials and labor.

This library branch offers so many great services for the public, including an internet basics class , homework help, and even free tax help. You can also place up to 50 items on hold!
Look around outside the library for four different poems about the different seasons on Beacon Hill . They were all written by community members.

Might be the best place in south Seattle for non-dairy products. They have all the top brands including Follow Your Heart ‘cheese’ and Califia oat milk. It seems like they keep getting more in, too! - Kaitlin

Such a great vibe here. Owners are amazing community members. Breakfast sandwich, cookies, el centro sandwich, donuts, coffee, all delicious. Breakfast sandwiches run out by about 12 or 1 pm! - Mo F
