The most comfortable , spacious Second Cup in Mississauga. The baristas are always friendly , and there is usually space inside.

Talk to seniors with no respect! Plus Pay to Pee is Inhumane! There is a sense of urgency, especially children & senior citizens!.2) issue with key bathrooms becomes extremely unsanitary!

Separate incident when they first locked the washroom a kid use the it and they said LOUDLY that "by law, that he was trespassing,this is private property and the washrooms are for customers."

There is no reason for the cashier to force me to buy another drink just so I can stay longer at the second cup . This is complete discrimination!

Today I was told by the lady working at cash to purchase another drink if I wanted to stay at the second cup longer. I was offended considering I was barely there for an hour and had already spent $6.

RUDE AND PETTY... THEY DID NOT ALLOW A SENIOR CITIZEN TO USE THEIR RESTROOM because he was not customer! along with how disrespectfully they talked to him put me so off that I vow never to return.

Great barista. Remembered my preferred coffee after one visit.

Great atmosphere and very comfortable . Much more reasonable cost then @ Starbucks!

Worst location of Second Cup . The employees and owner are incredibly rude and it makes me want to boycott Second Cup altogether as they are not upholding the standard of customer service I expect.
