Appointment means nothing. Pet promised to be done in 4 hours.. returned in 5. Excellent work done if you have the extra time..but if your time is valuable then seek other options.
Good environment and customer service
I wish BKS Barkery was open late so I could avoid coming here. Cashier reeked of smoke and talked to me as if I were a puppy in training .

Use a different pet store . I tried returning/ exchanging an unused cholera collar, die to wrong size. They wouldn't do anything for me because over 60 days.. manager very unpleasant
