Sheraton Westport Chalet

Interesting concept - chalet type accommodation in the city of St Louis; having stayed in quite a # of Sheraton hotel destination worldwide, my favourite are still Sheraton Langkawi & Sheraton Phuket.

Great location, bars , food and sushi . I did get the locker room smell , but maybe it was me?!

Great place for the price. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are large! Loved it.

The club breakfast is really good. The lounge has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. One thing, if you need a gym with free weights, ask to use the Sheraton Towers gym ... No issues!

An old lady trying to remain attractive with large quantities of makeup. Drink enough you won't mind the night.

The fitness center is one of the best I've ever seen in a hotel . Can't wait to get my workout on tomorrow morning.

If possible book a room on the club level. Night and day from the other rooms.

This hotel is great about taking care of their regular customers. Always very responsive to any issues I have. Talk to Karoline in the sales.

Great hotel

Front staff as a whole are extremely rude. Hotel is nice, but older than most. Renovated; beds and pillows are nice. Unfortunate that the front desk staff does not live up to Sheraton standards

Out of the weather underground parking

Watch your credit card statement after your stay. They "accidentally" forgot to remove my $30 accidental charge. Had to dispute with accounting/credit card. #Fail

This is a pretty shitty hotel . Paper this walls, no water pressure, mediocre service, stale smelling rooms. The plaza is still bad, but is better than the chalet.

Not worth the price... Corporate rate was $179/night and they still charged $10/day for internet.

This hotel is awful. The rooms smell like mildew, no paperview, and doesn't even have a good loction. 30 minutes from downtown. 3 out of ten max.
