You can get a great cardiovascular or strength training workout in here.
Lots of equipment , clean environment, & great staff
Staff is friendly , place is clean , just avoid going between 4-9 pm because it's nearly impossible to get access to weights.
Love the staff here! They are always nice!
Great gym for people who don't use weights to exercise.

My only complaint is having to wait for a massage chair . There's only 2.
