Oh so much goodness! I must say to read ingredients though some items are not as healthy as you might think:)

There's a surprisingly exhaustive selection of specialty coffees not to be missed. Sample some in the back of store tasting area.

I love the cheap unique products. They don't have the best produce prices but the rest of the selection makes up for it.

Get the CHICKEN KOREAN BBQ it's the bomb

Great cheese selection and their cookie butter is crazy good

They do not have almond flour (I don't know about other locations though) nor do they have coconut flour :(. They do, however, carry almond meal which says can be used as a substitute for 50% flour.

I love getting a bag of Coffee Rio (hard coffee caramels ) when checking out.

If you like Pinot Noir , try the Blue Fin. A personal favorite. And for the price you can't go wrong.

The back corner has great coffee and product-pairing samples.
