In the summer enjoy watching a game of cricket . In the winter, explore all four corners in an afternoon. And when ready,... stretch out along the river . Richmond is left and Twickenham is right !!
Marble Hill House is well worth exploring.
This garden , planned by Alexander Pope, is home to one of the Great Trees of London: a black walnut tree that survived the storm of 1987, distinguishable by the dark colour of its bark.
