Can't afford a collagen lift? Order the Kansi! Get ready to be left reeling from the flavorful soup and the savory bone marrow . Go ahead, use that toothpick to scoop out everything within the bone!
The best kansi in Manila! Parking is a bit difficult so make sure to go early or go for a late meal. Closed on Sunday's though!
The kansi is sour and salty -- or is it the umami factor thingie whatevs -- but really good for strong cravings of Filipino dishes. Matataray lahat ng servers, of varied levels lang.
Everyone goes for their kansi, of course. But their pork barbecue might be one of their more underrated dishes. Do try it out.
If you want something else than the usual kansi, you can order the pork belly or the barbeque . This goes perfectly with their sinamak. Sisig is not so good.
Try Grilled Pork Belly in addition to the mandatory Patpat's Kansi Laman. Try Ilonggo sweets found at the counter like Tira-Tira and Yema.
Always try the bulalo with fish sauce (patis), lots of chili , and a generous squeeze of chinese lemon (kalamansi)! I have tasted better bulalos but i give this place 3 stars!
First time to try last night and man was it good!!! Even the sisig ! Will definitely come back! ????❤️????????
the best bulalo in town ! pork belly is also good, similar to countryside's ( katipunan) inihaw na baboy .
First time I went here, I fell in love with the kansi. Must try!

The signature kansi is worth the visit!
Kansi Bulalo and Grilled Pusit , awesome combination!
The best kansi/bulalo ever! :) (Try their pastries and red ice tea .)
Try their Sizzling Bangus or Tilapia with their Kansi (laman)!
Kansi bulalo the best!! ????????????
Order the fresh lumpia , P50 lang for 2 pieces! Don't order the "bulalo laman" as it will only disappoint you.
Sabaw pa lang, ulam na. :D Easy to go for your second, third and more extra rice ! :D
Sabaw is something to crave for. Maasim asim and so linamnam yum <3
Bulalo is a must try! And pork belly :)
I don't know why people say their bulalo/kansi is "to die for" - tastes ordinary to me.
